These are some of the services we offer. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and may not include new changes to state benefits.  Please contact a MFAP Case Manager for more details.
Free to Anyone, regardless of poverty level Public Forums, Drug Treatment Advocacy (DTA), Prevention Case Management, Food Bank
Free to HIV + Persons, regardless of poverty level Case Management,  Support Groups, Consumer Dinners
Free to Agency Clients (No HIV+ Requirement),  regardless of poverty level Transportation tokens if no other transportation is available.
Free to HIV+ Agency Clients, regardless of poverty level Alternative Therapy, Massage, Nutritional Counseling. Computer Lab access, Medical
HIV + 300% poverty level or below Emergency Housing Fund*, Emergency Financial Assistance
HIV + 400% poverty level or below Connecticut AIDS Drug Assistance Program (CADAP).  Click here to download a CADAP Application in English or Spanish.
